- Software and automated solutions he created (e.g. how to generate automated reports)
- How to use software (e.g. adding work email accounts to Thunderbird email client)
- Conducting surveys and assessment
- How to use specialised equipment (e.g. bulk OMR scanners, paper collator machines)
Once Eric understands how systems work, he is able to provide simple and clear explanations to non-technical people on what to do with them.
